WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Child Therapy (30 minutes) $125
Individual Therapy (45-90 minutes) $165-$265
Couples Therapy (45 minutes) $165
Family Therapy (60-90 minutes) $165-$265
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
At Eidens Therapy Group, our clinicians are credentialed to bill as "out-of-network" providers for insurance companies. On the 1st of each month, you will be supplied with a superbill you may provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
You are responsible for researching the type of out-of-network coverage your specific company and plan provides, as there are too many to track.
Payment is taken the day of your session via autopay with a credit card on file.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO START THERAPY?
Click the client portal button on the menu bar and click "new client." You will be prompted to make an appointment at a convenient time for yourself and the clinician, followed by demographic information. Once your appointment is requested, your clinician will contact you and send you the relevant paperwork for your review and signature before your initial session. We ask that you return your paperwork at least 24 hours before your session to allow adequate time for your clinician to review your documents.
You will have an initial session with your clinician, where you will be encouraged to share what you are struggling with and what you hope to gain from therapy. You and your clinician (if you connect) will work collaboratively on an appropriate treatment plan to help you get to where you want to go.
WHAT IS A FAMILY CONSULTATION SESSION?
A family consultation session is provided for clients who wish to remain with their primary therapist, but need specialty coaching around their children, betrayal trauma, sex addiction or parenting. A family consultation is not therapy and will not be billed as therapy.
ARE YOU SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON?
Yes. Choose the best format for you, and feel free to change it as your schedule needs. Many of our clients will initially attend in-person sessions and transition to remote, depending on their lifestyle. We will work with you to decide what mode is best.
